We’re proud to be one of Hampshire’s newest names in specialist contracting – and one of its most ambitious. RS Specialist Contractors Ltd was set up to give public sector and institutional clients a single, dependable partner for refurbishment, fire door compliance, building works, and specialist mechanical projects, all delivered without the usual contractor headaches.

Since our launch, we’ve grown quickly, building a team that’s just as comfortable carrying out a single-room rectification as it is running a multi-phase refurbishment programme across a live NHS trust, school, college, or MOD site. That momentum led us to our base in Waterlooville, Hampshire, giving us the space and footing to support clients across the South Coast as our operation continues to scale.
